What is your return or exchange policy?

All sales are final. Due to KoCos Kloset being a small business, we do not have the capacity to accept returns or exchanges.  Once the order is shipped to you the cancellation window is closed. If you would like to cancel your order before it is shipped this must be done within 24-48hrs of an order being placed.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

  All orders will ship in 7-10 business days. This time frame does not include the weekends. Please note this time frame could change depending on the season. For example: Christmas time is our busiest time of the year so please exercise patience and understanding when placing an order during holiday times. Please extend a little grace as I am a shop of one person and I do everything I can to ensure orders are shipped in this time frame. Thank You!

How do I care for my items?

   Each Order will have a care card inside of the garment bag. If for any reason your care card was not inside your garment bag, please click on the more tag to find the care instructions tab.

Do you do custom? 

   90% of our business is custom. It's where we excel. We have serviced so many custom needs, and we will continue to provide this service. Since custom orders have to be so detailed in order to ensure our customers receive the best item we can provide we ask that you please email the address provided above to place your custom order.
